神奇小部件非常尊重及注重保护用户的隐私。本隐私政策将告诉您我们如何收集和使用有关您的信息，以及我们如何保护这些信息的安全。
请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本隐私政策。我们会在您同意后，按照本政策说明收集和使用个人信息；需要使用设备权限时，会另行向您申请授权。
如对本政策内容有任何疑问、意见或建议，您可通过本隐私政策末尾提供的联系方式与本软件联系。

一、隐私政策

1.收集信息的范围

1.1 设备信息：经您同意后，我们会收集设备品牌、型号、制造厂商、操作系统及版本等信息，用于保障服务运行和改善使用体验。Android ID 用于登录设备安全管理和应用使用统计，OAID 用于安全诊断和应用使用统计。第三方 SDK 的具体收集规则见附录。
1.2 应用使用情况：仅在您使用屏幕时间助手功能时，本软件需要读取您的应用使用情况，从而获取您设备上应用的使用频率、使用时长等记录。
1.3 模糊位置权限：用于内置浏览器访问某些需要定位的网站时对网站进行授权，如内置的快捷打开"天气预报网站"、天气小组件功能，本应用程序不会主动使用此权限。
1.4 读取软件安装列表：用于屏幕时间助手获取已安装的应用从而显示出各项应用的分项使用时间、桌面小部件中的"打开应用"功能供用户选择和设置需要打开的应用。
1.5 无障碍功能权限：用于实现"快捷支付"小部件中的打开微信付款功能及实现对设备的锁屏管理。
1.6 存储读取和写入权限：用于图片小部件中选择图片和编辑图片功能、以及其他小部件中的"点击播放铃声"功能中的选择音乐文件。
1.7 获取运动传感器数据：用于"今日步数"小部件显示您的运动步数信息。
1.8 使用相机相册照片：用于"图片小部件、更换用户头像、小部件背景设置"功能的读取和编辑图片。
1.9 获取运行中进程信息：用于"小部件智能刷新"功能识别服务是否已运行；内置浏览器根据当前进程信息隔离数据存储目录。
2.0 应用自启动：用于手机重启后立即刷新显示小组件。本功能默认关闭，可随时通过"更多设置"进行调整。
2.1 Wi-Fi 信息（SSID、BSSID）及设备 MAC 地址：由360安全加固SDK用于检查网络连接和检测安全风险。
2.2 读取剪贴板内容：本程序不会主动读取您的剪贴板内容。仅在您使用"剪切板"小组件、灵动果配置粘贴导入、激活充值卡（用于自动提取卡号信息）功能时，本软件会访问您的剪贴板内容。

上述信息本软件在收集之前会征得您的同意。您可以通过调整设备的"设置"选项限制本软件从您的移动设备收集相关信息或使用特定权限。当您限制本软件获取某项权限后，本软件可能无法继续为您提供相对应的服务，也不再处理您相应的信息。

二、信息的收集和使用

我们收集的信息用于提供本政策说明的功能、统计应用使用情况和改进服务。涉及第三方 SDK 的信息处理规则见附录。

三、信息披露

1.1 神奇小部件不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享您的个人信息，在如下情况下，神奇小部件将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息：
1.2 经您事先同意，向第三方披露；
1.3 为提供您所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享您的个人信息；
1.4 根据法律的有关规定，或者行政或司法机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法机构披露；
1.5 如您出现违反中国有关法律、法规或者相关规则的情况，需要向第三方披露；
1.6 如您是适格的知识产权投诉人并已提起投诉，应被投诉人要求，向被投诉人披露，以便双方处理可能的权利纠纷；
1.7 其它本软件根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。

四、未成年人条款

若您是未满18周岁的未成年人，在使用本软件及相关服务前，应在您的父母或其他监护人监护、指导下共同阅读并同意本隐私政策。
若您是未成年人的监护人，当您对您所监护的未成年人的个人信息有相关疑问时，请通过本隐私政策公示的联系方式与我们联系。

五、隐私政策的修订和通知

（一）为了给您提供更好的服务，本软件及相关服务将不时更新与变化，我们会适时对本隐私政策进行修订，该修订构成本隐私政策的一部分并具有等同于本隐私政策的效力。但未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您依据当前生效的本隐私政策所应享受的权利。
（二）本隐私政策更新后，我们会在变更生效前告知您。处理个人信息的目的、方式或种类发生变化，依法需要重新取得同意的，我们会再次向您征求同意。
（三）对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的通知（我们会通过包括但不限于邮件、短信、私信或在浏览页面做特别提示等方式，说明隐私政策有变更，请您重新认真阅读）。

六、您管理个人信息的权利

我们理解您对个人信息的关注，并尽全力确保您对于自己个人信息访问、更正、删除以及撤回授权的权利，以使您拥有充分的能力保障您的隐私和安全。您的权利包括：
1.访问权
您可以按照我们提供的产品和服务的相关说明（或设置），对您已提供给我们的相关个人信息进行查阅。包括：
1.1 账号信息：您可以通过相关产品页面随时登录您的个人中心，以访问您账号中的个人资料信息，包括：头像、昵称、UID、个人签名等；
1.2 使用信息：您可以通过相关产品页面随时查阅您的使用信息，包括：发布的动态内容、收藏记录、历史记录、账户记录等；
1.3 其他信息：如您在访问过程中遇到操作问题需获取其他前述无法获知的个人信息内容，您可通过本隐私政策提供的方式联系我们。
2.被告知权
我们通过公布本隐私政策以向您告知我们如何处理您的个人信息。我们致力于对您信息的使用的透明性。
3.更正权
当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误或不完整时，您有权要求我们做出更正或进行补充。对于您的部分个人信息，您可以在产品或服务的相关功能页面直接进行更正、修改。对于暂未向您提供自行修改渠道的个人信息，您可以通过本隐私政策提供的方式联系我们要求更正或补充您的个人信息。
4.注销权
我们向您提供帐号注销的途径。在符合我们的服务条款约定条件及国家相关法律法规规定的情况下，您可以通过进入神奇小部件——点击"我的"——点击"用户昵称"旁边的修改按钮——点击"注销账号"来提交账号注销申请，注销申请立即生效。您也可以选择通过本政策"如何联系我们"章节所列的反馈渠道联系我们，我们将在15个工作日或法律法规所要求的时限内完成核查和处理。

当您注销账号后，您将无法再以该账号登录和使用我们的产品与服务；且该账号在神奇小部件服务使用期间已产生的但未消耗完毕的权益及未来的逾期利益等全部权益将被清除；该账号下的内容、信息、数据、记录等将会被删除或匿名化处理（但法律法规另有规定或监管部门另有要求的除外，如依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》规定，您的网络操作日志将至少保留六个月的时间）；账号注销完成后，将无法恢复。
5.撤回同意权
每个业务功能需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成（见本隐私政策"信息的收集和使用"部分）。对于额外收集的个人信息的收集和使用，您可以随时给予或收回您的授权同意。若您收回您的授权同意，我们将无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务。

附录：第三方SDK清单

友盟移动统计 SDK

SDK 名称及运营方：友盟移动统计 SDK，运营方为友盟同欣（北京）科技有限公司。
使用目的：统计新增和活跃设备、页面访问及功能使用情况，改进应用体验。设备标识用于识别同一设备，避免重复统计；网络信息用于发送统计记录。
收集的信息：设备标识（Android ID、OAID、GUID、GAID，以设备支持和可获取的信息为准）；设备品牌、型号、操作系统及版本；应用版本、分发渠道；网络类型和 IP 地址；应用启动、页面访问记录（名称、时间和时长）、功能使用记录（功能栏目、小部件类型、添加结果和错误分类）。
收集方式和时机：您同意本政策后，友盟会在应用启动、页面访问和功能使用时，通过系统接口及应用内记录自动收集上述信息并发送至友盟。小部件在后台运行时，也可能收集上述设备和网络信息、发送统计记录。

Magic Widgets highly respects and values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and how we protect its security.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. After you agree, we collect and use personal information as described here. We request device permissions separately when needed.
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Policy, please contact us via the contact information provided at the end of this document.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Device Information: With your consent, we collect device brand, model, manufacturer, operating system and version to keep services working and improve your experience. Android ID is used for login device security and app usage statistics; OAID is used for security diagnostics and app usage statistics. Collection rules for third-party SDKs are listed in the appendix.
1.2 App Usage Data: Only when you use the Screen Time feature, we read app usage data to display usage frequency and duration.
1.3 Approximate Location: Used only when the built-in browser visits websites requiring location (e.g., weather forecast sites). The App does not proactively use this permission.
1.4 Installed App List: Used by Screen Time to display per-app usage, and by the "Open App" widget feature for app selection.
1.5 Accessibility Permission: Used for the Quick Pay widget's WeChat payment function and device screen lock management.
1.6 Storage Read/Write: Used for selecting and editing images in the Photo Widget, and selecting audio files for the "play ringtone" feature.
1.7 Motion Sensor Data: Used by the "Steps Today" widget to display step count.
1.8 Camera and Photo Library: Used for the Photo Widget, avatar changes, and widget background settings.
1.9 Running Process Info: Used by the Smart Refresh feature to detect running services; the built-in browser uses process info to isolate data storage.
2.0 Auto-start: Used to refresh widgets immediately after device restart. Disabled by default; adjustable via Settings.
2.1 Wi-Fi Information (SSID/BSSID) and Device MAC Address: Used by the 360 security SDK to check network connectivity and detect security risks.
2.2 Clipboard: The App does not proactively read your clipboard. It is accessed only when you use the Clipboard widget, Dynamic Island config paste-import, or recharge card activation (to extract card numbers).

We obtain your consent before collecting the above information. You may restrict data collection or specific permissions via your device Settings. Restricting a permission may prevent us from providing the corresponding service.

2. Use of Information

We use the information collected to provide the features described in this Policy, analyze app usage and improve our services. Rules for information processed by third-party SDKs are listed in the appendix.

3. Information Disclosure

Magic Widgets will not provide, sell, rent, or share your personal information with any unrelated third party, except in the following circumstances:
3.1 With your prior consent;
3.2 When necessary to provide products or services you have requested;
3.3 As required by law, or by administrative or judicial authorities;
3.4 When you violate applicable Chinese laws, regulations, or rules;
3.5 When you are a qualified IP complainant and disclosure to the respondent is needed to resolve potential rights disputes;
3.6 Other disclosures deemed appropriate under applicable laws, regulations, or policies.

4. Minors

If you are under 18, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy with your parent or guardian before using the App.
If you are a guardian with questions about your minor's personal information, please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.

5. Policy Updates

(1) We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under the current effective Policy without your explicit consent.
(2) We will notify you before changes take effect. If changes to the purposes, methods or types of personal information processed require renewed consent under applicable law, we will ask for your consent again.
(3) For significant changes, we will provide prominent notices via email, SMS, in-app messages, or on-page alerts.

6. Your Rights

We are committed to ensuring your rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent regarding your personal information.
1. Right of Access
You may view your personal information via the relevant product pages, including: profile info (avatar, nickname, UID, bio), usage info (posts, favorites, history, account records), and other information by contacting us.
2. Right to Be Informed
We publish this Privacy Policy to inform you how we process your personal information.
3. Right to Rectification
You may correct or supplement your personal information via product pages or by contacting us.
4. Right to Account Deletion
You may delete your account via: Magic Widgets → "Me" → Edit button next to username → "Delete Account". You may also contact us via the channels listed below. We will process your request within 15 business days. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in; all unused benefits will be cleared; account data will be deleted or anonymized (except as required by law). Account deletion is irreversible.
5. Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent for additional data collection at any time. However, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding services after withdrawal.

Appendix: Third-Party SDK List

Umeng Mobile Analytics SDK

SDK and operator: Umeng Mobile Analytics SDK, operated by Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.
Purposes: To count new and active devices, analyze page visits and feature usage, and improve the App. Device identifiers help recognize the same device and avoid duplicate counts; network information is used to send statistical records.
Information collected: Device identifiers (Android ID, OAID, GUID and GAID, as supported and available on the device); device brand, model, operating system and version; app version and distribution channel; network type and IP address; app launches; page visits (page name, time and duration); and feature usage (feature category, widget type, widget-addition result and error category).
When and how information is collected: After you agree to this Policy, Umeng automatically collects this information through system APIs and in-app records when the App starts, pages are visited or features are used, and sends it to Umeng. Background widget operation may also involve collecting the device and network information described above and sending statistical records.
