Magic Widgets highly respects and values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and how we protect its security.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. This Policy takes effect immediately upon your use of the App and is binding on both you and the software.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device Information: To improve user experience and optimize performance, the App may access certain logs, behavioral data, and device information from your device with your permission. This includes: device brand, model, manufacturer, OS, Android ID (for login device security), and OAID (for crash diagnostics).
1.2 App Usage Data: Only when you use the Screen Time feature, we read app usage data to display usage frequency and duration.
1.3 Approximate Location: Used only when the built-in browser visits websites requiring location (e.g., weather forecast sites). The App does not proactively use this permission.
1.4 Installed App List: Used by Screen Time to display per-app usage, and by the "Open App" widget feature for app selection.
1.5 Accessibility Permission: Used for the Quick Pay widget's WeChat payment function and device screen lock management.
1.6 Storage Read/Write: Used for selecting and editing images in the Photo Widget, and selecting audio files for the "play ringtone" feature.
1.7 Motion Sensor Data: Used by the "Steps Today" widget to display step count.
1.8 Camera and Photo Library: Used for the Photo Widget, avatar changes, and widget background settings.
1.9 Running Process Info: Used by the Smart Refresh feature to detect running services; the built-in browser uses process info to isolate data storage.
2.0 Auto-start: Used to refresh widgets immediately after device restart. Disabled by default; adjustable via Settings.
2.1 Wi-Fi BSSID/SSID/MAC: Used only by the 360 security SDK for risk detection and network connectivity checks.
2.2 Clipboard: The App does not proactively read your clipboard. It is accessed only when you use the Clipboard widget, Dynamic Island config paste-import, or recharge card activation (to extract card numbers).
We obtain your consent before collecting the above information. You may restrict data collection or specific permissions via your device Settings. Restricting a permission may prevent us from providing the corresponding service.
2. Use of Information
We do not use your personal information for any purpose outside of the Magic Widgets application.
3. Information Disclosure
Magic Widgets will not provide, sell, rent, or share your personal information with any unrelated third party, except in the following circumstances:
3.1 With your prior consent;
3.2 When necessary to provide products or services you have requested;
3.3 As required by law, or by administrative or judicial authorities;
3.4 When you violate applicable Chinese laws, regulations, or rules;
3.5 When you are a qualified IP complainant and disclosure to the respondent is needed to resolve potential rights disputes;
3.6 Other disclosures deemed appropriate under applicable laws, regulations, or policies.
4. Minors
If you are under 18, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy with your parent or guardian before using the App.
If you are a guardian with questions about your minor's personal information, please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.
5. Policy Updates
(1) We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under the current effective Policy without your explicit consent.
(2) After updates, we will notify you within the App before the revised terms take effect. Continued use indicates acceptance. If updates involve collecting sensitive information (audio/video, contacts, location), we will seek your consent again.
(3) For significant changes, we will provide prominent notices via email, SMS, in-app messages, or on-page alerts.
6. Your Rights
We are committed to ensuring your rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent regarding your personal information. 1. Right of Access
You may view your personal information via the relevant product pages, including: profile info (avatar, nickname, UID, bio), usage info (posts, favorites, history, account records), and other information by contacting us. 2. Right to Be Informed
We publish this Privacy Policy to inform you how we process your personal information. 3. Right to Rectification
You may correct or supplement your personal information via product pages or by contacting us. 4. Right to Account Deletion
You may delete your account via: Magic Widgets → "Me" → Edit button next to username → "Delete Account". You may also contact us via the channels listed below. We will process your request within 15 business days. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in; all unused benefits will be cleared; account data will be deleted or anonymized (except as required by law). Account deletion is irreversible. 5. Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent for additional data collection at any time. However, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding services after withdrawal.
