Delete your Magic Widgets account
Request deletion of your account and associated data without installing or re-downloading the App.
Request deletion by email
Using your registered email reduces extra verification steps and helps us process the request faster.
- Please use your registered email where possible so we can confirm account ownership faster. You may still apply from another address; explain this in your message.
- Include your registered email address or Magic Widgets UID and clearly request deletion of your account and associated data.
- We may verify your identity using registration information. Never send your password, verification code, or full payment details.
If the button does not open your email app, email liulei2013@foxmail.com with the subject “Magic Widgets Account Deletion Request.”
Delete your account in the App
If you still have access to Magic Widgets, this is the quickest option.
Go to Magic Widgets → “Me” → tap the edit button next to your username → “Delete Account.”
Processing time
A clear and predictable request process.
We will perform reasonable identity verification and respond to and process email requests within 15 business days. Following confirmation, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
Your account and associated server-side data.
- Account profile and linked sign-in identity information
- Avatars, content, and files associated with the account on our servers
- Other personal data retained to provide the account service
Retention and deletion results
Legally required data is retained only within the necessary scope and period.
Data required for legal obligations, transaction recordkeeping, security, or fraud prevention may not be deleted immediately. It will not be used for unrelated purposes. Account deletion is irreversible and any unused account benefits will be cleared.
Check your Google Play subscription first
Deleting your account does not stop a subscription managed by Google Play.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account through Google Play subscriptions. Account deletion does not automatically result in a refund. Purchases and refunds remain subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
